Health Guarantee and Contract
Our licensed veterinarian Dr. David Holt 479-667-3652 has examined this puppy no more than ten days prior to delivery of said puppy, a certificate of
health was issued by the attending veterinarian for this puppy. The standard health examination includes: 1) Heart and
Lungs 2) Internal and External Parasites 3) Coat and Skin Condition 4) Knee and Hip Joints 5) Eyes, Ears and Mouth 6)
General appearance of the puppy.
Parker Kennel guarantees this puppy to be free of all Communicable Disease for a period of 3 days from the date of Sale stated on the Pet Record.
Intestinal Parasites, (worms) are not considered a disease. Your Puppy has received the standard format of de-wormers. Puppy's are born with intestinal parasites and are treated for them. Your Puppy will not be allowed to go to you, if the Vet's fecal test is not negative. The test can show a negative result at the time of the test, and Puppy can still be retaining intestinal parasites. Your Vet will put your Puppy on a schedule for de-worming.
You must schedule an appointment with your Vet for a "General Wellness Exam" to be done within three days of your receipt of your Puppy.
Parker Kennel also guarantees this puppy to be free of Agreed Genetic Defect until the puppy reaches one year of age. Genetic defects are defined as any issues that would prevent this puppy from living a normal healthy life, agreed upon by our Vet and Yours. Reproduction is not guaranteed. Our Puppies are sold as pets, we do not guarantee that they could become show quality. If this puppy displays any indication of poor health within the first 3 days, we must be contacted and the puppy must be taken to a Veterinarian for any necessary treatment. Failure to do so will cause this guarantee to become null and void.

Also this guarantee shall become null and void if the puppy is given any vaccinations within 7 days of your receiving Puppy.
In the event that your vet finds an agree genetic defect at the pups first check up (3 days) the buyer has the option of receiving a replacement, or receiving a full or partial refund, depending on the defect. Shipping of a replacement Puppy is the responsibility of the buyer. No refunds will be given without proper documentation from a licensed vet describing the defect, and the return of all registration papers. Any occurring vet expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.
Buyer agrees to the following conditions on purchase of the puppy. Buyer agrees to provide proper care for the pup, including proper nutrition, vet care, and exercise.
Upon the submitted form on this site you will be asked to state that you have read and understood the Health Guarantee and Contract. The contract will be sent with the Puppy for signature and mailed to Parker Kennel.
